Pale yellow color. Strong bouquet of citrus, green apple, and passion fruit. Round and zesty mouthfeel with citrus, grapefruit, and green herb flavors. Smooth and elegant on the palate with intense lemon / lime and pear skin flavors. Similar to Pinot Grigio but with more body and more acidity. - Pale light gold color. Light citrus, orchard fruit, and floral aromas. Elegant mouthfeel. Orange, pear, anise, and slight apple flavors. Long, soft finish with some minerality.
- The Verdejo is crystal clear, and pale straw in color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with delicate hints of pear and white peach, flower blossom, beeswax and mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is light and dry, with a surprising concentration of soft appley fruit, a crisp finish and a slight prickle that refreshes on a hot day.
- Pale yellow color with golden-green glints. Enchanting aromas of zesty lemon blossoms, ripe apples, hints of peach and nice minerals. The palate offers an energetic combination of fruits and minerals. It finishes clean, brisk with a refreshing acidity.
- A light, straw colored white wine with aromas of spring flowers, baking spices, and nutmeg; and crisp, vibrant, citrus flavors with mild acidity.
