At the top of Knudsen Vineyards, at 950 feet of elevation, is where you'll find our 2.5 acre planting of Pinot Meunier. We take advantage of the late ripening spot to retain bright, fresh acidity and mineral edge. This blend is 25% Pinot Meunier, 70% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay. Its color is bright, pale salmon pink, while its bouquet is full of rose petal, anise, and pink peppercorn. The barrel aging of the red wine component contributes to its savory complexity, while its delicate, creamy bead leads to a long textural finish only enhanced by food... salt-cod fritters and smoked piquillo aioli. - An assertive rosé, with a pale red color and fine bead. Spicy cherry, dark fruit and leather aromas on the nose, with a firm texture on the palate.
- This rosé has a lovely salmon-pink colour and delicious candied fruit and rose petal aromas. There is volume, fullness and strength on the palate, with good substance. A delicious wine.
- Very well structured, with exemplary purity of red fruits. A striking Champagne on the nose offering similar sensations on the palate. Warm and satiny, lightly spiced with balanced hints of stoned fruits thanks to a lovely freshness in the finish.
- This Crémant has a subtle cherry color with a nice greedy raspberry nose. On the palate, red fruits are lightly present and Pinot noir brings all the fullness. The bubbles are delicate and the style is fresh, and vigorous. Rose N° 7 is perfect for an aperitif or to be served with pink meals like smoked salmon, shrimps salad. It accompany also desserts or ice-cream made with red fruits.
- Veuve Devienne Rose Sec is a soft pink hue with very fine bubbles it is aromatic on the nose with hints of strawberry and citrus. Refreshing and clean on the palate with vibrant entry and a soft finish accompanied with fruit driven hints of berries and lemon.
- The color is a bright pink-salmon with a medium fine mouse. There are aromas of stone fruit(peach), red cherry and candied strawberry with a hint of spiciness. The palate has moderate acidity with a hint of sweetness followed by candied fruit flavors and finishes with pink grapefruit. Best from 2011 to 2015
