Deep ruby in color, this Bordeaux style blend offers aromas of Cherry, Santa Rosa plum, black currant, with floral and spice notes. - This medium-bodied blend is packed with flavor, offering aromas of plums & cherries with smoky notes. The palate yields red and black fruits, spices, a hint of bacon, and silky tannins. Enjoy with a variety of everyday foods including pizza, pasta and burgers, as well as Mediterranean classics like ratatouille, cassoulet and stuffed tomatoes. It is also excellent with fish!
- A big, rich and fleshy Paso red, it knocks it out of the park with its chocolatey dark fruits, pepper, olive and charred meat-like aromas and flavors.
- The Garys' Syrah is a very focused and intense wine. The wine is traditionally very floral and spice driven with a core of firm acidity that ensures the wine will age well for much time in the cellar.
- No component dominates and all work seamlessly together in an unctuous package. An interplay of textures and flavors, with stunning aromas of blackberry, dark fruits, dried fruit, black cherry, red fruits such as strawberries, spices, flowers, minerals, graphite, roasted herbs, baked dark bread and chocolate ganache are integrated and proportioned across a foundation of perfect mouth feel, cohesive acidity, and unctuous fruit.
- Aromas of Girl scout Samoa cookies (you know-the coconut ones), raspberry jam and fresh blackberries enthusiastically meet one’s nose followed by yummy flavors of juicy cherry, chocolate covered strawberry, black tea, and sage.
- Floran and finesse driven Syrah. Really cool hints of orange peel and lavender. Bright energy and focus; finishes with incredibly silky texture.
- There is a deep, dark complexity and spice that you are only going to find in vines that have age like this. Incredible texture and focus. This is a wine to savor and enjoy over time.
- A rich and developed Syrah that marries notes of dark fruit with savory spices. Earthy undertones guide the way to a well rounded finish with an integrated tannin structure.
- Full-bodied, with spicy blackberry & dark fruit aromas on the nose, and soft, plush tannins on the palate. Serve With: Excellent with red meats and boldly flavored foods.
- A deep ruby colored wine full of boysenberry and huckleberry fruit aromas and a hint of white pepper. Chocolate covered blackberries and a dark berry jammy core are followed by sweet velvety tannins and a lingering finish begging you to have one more drink.
- Inky black in color this wine shows aromas of blackberry and leather with oak adding sweet caramel notes. Immediately on entry the wine shows flavors of black fruit, bittersweet chocolate and coffee which lingers through the finish with well- balanced acidity and fine tannin structure.
- Rich aromas of blackberry, plum, and blueberry; with hints of vanilla, earth, and white pepper. The mouth is filled with jammy flavors of cassis, boysenberry, and black cherry; followed by mineral and cracked black pepper. Mouth-filling tannins provide an opulent finish of fruit and spice.
- A powerful and brooding wine which exhibits aromas of black cherry, licorice and bittersweet chocolate. Upon entry it has a sweet fruit entry with great concentration and depth of flavor, firm tannins, and an exceptional long finish.

- An Indicative blend of Carnigan and Syrah . With the rich flavors of dark berry clusters with rich tannins and a savory and smoky twist.
- The wine hits the mouth with medium to full body, glorious fruit, sensational purity, wonderful texture and length, and a finish that lasts 40-45 seconds. Usually blending Cabernet Franc and Syrah together would not be a high priority on most winemaker’s agenda, but Maltus marches to the beat of a different drummer and clearly has something special on his hands. This is a brilliant Syrah that should evolve for at least a decade.
- Ruby red in color with tints of violet. It shows aromas that are lifted and bright of candied plum, tamarind, baked cherry with hints of cedar box spice. There is a distinctive earthy tonality often woody and bark like. The palate show more spice dominant, baked plum-cherry and persistent fine grain tannins and peppery finish

Its color is an intense peony pink. Its bouquet is very aromatic, exhaling scents of small red fruits such as raspberries or black currants. In the mouth, there is a perfect balance between vivacity and mellowness. The final taste is very long, leaving a delicate impression of fruitiness. -
Filled with lovely aromas of sweet cherry and a hint of toast, this fresh, medium-bodied wine offers bright acidity across the palate before finishing with a delicious spice and wild huckleberry.
