The triumph of Italian wine varietals championed in this Estate blend of Sangiovese, Primitivo, Barbera and Dolcetto offers a portrait of aromas and flavors that have resonated throughout the Mediterranean for centuries. - Ruby red color tending towards purple. The nose is pleasing and distinctive, light floral, red fruit aromas with hints of smoke. Soft with cranberry and raspberry fruit in the mouth with a touch of tobacco. Light to medium bodied with moderate acidity.
- Dolcetto is known as the everyday wine of Piedmont. It has a bright ruby red hue with loads of fresh fruit flavors, paired with good acidity and soft tannins. Sweet, dazzlingly ripe cherry and fresh raspberry flavors. Fresh and complex with notes of violets that offers a delicate perfume, while touches of spices and white pepper follow on the finish.
- Produced from 40-year-old vines, this wine is a super-rich, super-ripe, inky Dolcetto. Intensely deep purple with violet reflections.Fresh and youthful, full of seductive rich fruit, well balanced, bursting with black cherries and wild flowers with a pleasing hint of almond on the long finish.
