    From vintner Juan García-Jarana, this Oloroso originates from an exclusive solera consisting of only 38 barrels. Mahogany color with nut and pipe tobacco aromas. Nutty undertones on the palate, with a long finish and a slightly sweet aftertaste.

  • Lustau En Rama Jerez de la Frontera
    The inland climate in the city of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine. Only 2 of 708 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their finesse. This wine has a pale gold color and soft, balsamic aromas, with notes of resin and bitter oranges. It is full bodied and elegant on the palate, with a tangy finish.

    The Pedro Romero Manzanilla has a lovely, light green olive and mineral character. It’s a fine wine, with considerable purity on the palate and a saline persistence on the finish. Very good.
  • Pedro Romero Manzanilla Extra Dry
    Shows very good aromatic intensity as well as flavor density on the palate. Notes of iodine and olive are complemented by stony minerals on a refined palate, finishing long with thick extract.

    This pale straw colored wine reveals a distinct saline character on the nose. The palate is dry and delicate with brine and green olive notes. Finishes with chalky minerals and very good length.
  • Pedro Romero Amontillado Viejisimo
    A nutty and acidic wine, with aromas of pressed walnuts and toffee. Feels tight, sharp and narrow on the tongue, with blazing acidity and dry, limited, salty flavors that fold in toffee and sour fruit notes. Salty on the finish; smells great!
