    Very creamy and minerally, with good acidity behind the ruby grapefruit, mineral and red peach flavors. Lots of licorice and herbal notes enliven the delicate finish.
  • Lillypilly Sweet Harvest Riesling / Sauvignon Blanc
    34% Traminer, 26% Muscat of Alexandria, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Riesling harvested late in April when sugar levels had peaked resulting in a dessert wine with lovely floral aromas and a Wonderful balance of sweetness and lively refreshing finish.
  • Lillypilly Noble Blend Semillon / Muscat / Riesling
    74% Sauvignon Blanc and 26% Semillon that have been infected by naturally occurring botrytis in the vineyard. The semi-arid climate that prevails in the Riverina softens towards the end of autumn with cool nights, and mornings made damp by fog and dew. These are perfect conditions for the development of botrytis fungus on the grapes, and the production of sweet white botrytis wines. The climate is one of the strengths of the Riverina region, helping to make it an ideal wine grape region in Australia, and the main factor in making it one of the best producers of botrytis wines in the world.
