This 100% varietal Semillon is from our estate vines planted in 1981. Twenty five percent was aged in French oak. The rest was aged in stainless steel. The citrus and spice flavors are superb with asparagus, crab, shellfish and other seafood. - "Vendanges Tardives" are late-harvest wines where the grapes are left longer on the vine to concentrate their full potential. These over-ripe grapes produce rich, full-bodied, delicious wines. They can be drunk independently to celebrate a special occasion or are the perfect accompaniment to exotic dishes and foie-gras.
- Elk Cove’s Ultima is our definition of dessert; opulence in a bottle. Having long ago established a “cult-like” status, Riesling remains the cornerstone of our new blend, simply called Ultima. The Ultima is comprised each vintage of a selection of aromatic varietals consisting of a proprietary blend. While Riesling supplies the weight of this wine with fresh pear, apricot and honey notes, the supplemental varietals add beautiful delicate aromatics.

- Cecil De Loach has been farming this Russian River Valley Gewürztraminer since 1979. We section off and net less than ten rows of our Gewürz to designate them as "late harvest".

- 74% Sauvignon Blanc and 26% Semillon that have been infected by naturally occurring botrytis in the vineyard. The semi-arid climate that prevails in the Riverina softens towards the end of autumn with cool nights, and mornings made damp by fog and dew. These are perfect conditions for the development of botrytis fungus on the grapes, and the production of sweet white botrytis wines. The climate is one of the strengths of the Riverina region, helping to make it an ideal wine grape region in Australia, and the main factor in making it one of the best producers of botrytis wines in the world.
- A gorgeous dessert wine. Super sweet in honey, apricot jam, orange blossom, crème brûlée and vanilla flavors, it’s balanced with rich acidity, and finishes with a spicy touch of smoke. Compelling and addictive, this is one of the best sweet wines of the year.
- Bright lemon yellow in color filled with a slight honey character with aromas of dried fruit. Lovely sweet palate with pineapple, apricot and raisin flavors supported by a fresh acidity. Excellent enjoyed on its own or served with mild spicy dishes, dried fruit of baked puddings.
- This smells like orange marmalade. It feels smooth and creamy, but not terribly thick due to fine acidity, with flavors of orange, honey, peach and spice. Long and creamy on the finish, this is a fresh, delicious wine that should impress anyone with a sweet tooth
- Shows lots of orange and tangerine aromas, supported by touches of honey, quince, and flowers. A soft, full wine, with a lingering sweetness.

- Sweet Sydney is a very rare sort of wine, an ice-wine. Produced from frozen, late harvest grapes, this wine is as beautiful and pleasant as its namesake, Sydney. Blackberries, pepper, raisins, this wine is packed with flavor.
- A strong, ruby-red color with notes of garnet. Its bouquet has notes of sweet fruit: raspberries, wild blackberries and blueberries combined with notes of Slovenian oak.
