This medium-bodied wine offers notes of dried black cherry, eucalyptus, cedar, smoke and bell pepper. - Firm and savory, with dried currant, berry and anise flavors that are well-structured. Features notes of tobacco leaf and cedar mid palate, presenting a fresh, mineral finish.
- A delightful blend of estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah brings red fruit, with some mineral notes to the fore; zesty finish.
- A suave, extracted style, with plenty of hot stone notes to the firmly tannic flavors of dried raspberry, plum, mineral and spice. Toasty accents mix with hints of green olive and white pepper, extending on the firm finish.
- Spice cake, licorice and dark mocha notes follow through to a rich palate of kirsch, plum sauce and grilled herb notes, all backed by full yet well-integrated tannins. Flashy, displaying a long, fruit- and spice-filled finish.
- This Cabernet Sauvignon shows notes of ripe red fruits, licorice, pencil lead, and a hint of mint. It is complex with good grip in the mouth and has a long finish.

- This Cabernet presents a complex, profound nose with spicy flourishes of cinnamon, clove, cocoa and red fruits. It is a vibrant, fresh wine with a long finish and tannins that come together to produce a smooth, beautiful, harmonious flavor.
- With an expressive nose containing hints of laurel, spicy clove and a pleasant note of rosemary, this wine also exudes a layer of deep red fruits. On the palate, it’s fresh, with sweet tannins and a full-bodied flavor that ends in a lovely, lingering finish.
- The skills of our viticulturist, Xavier Choné, and our blenders, Jacques and Eric Boissenot, are clearly apparent in this balanced and elegant blend. The spices, black fruit and smooth texture of the Carménère, the principal component of the blend, are complemented by the extraordinary finesse and length on the palate by the Cabernet Franc. Viola is 85% Carménère, 15% Cabernet Franc.
- The distinctive 2010 Maquis Lien is made from a finely tuned blend of 50% Carménère, 35% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. It is a generous red wine that reflects the character of the Hurtado family’s special plot of land.
- This lesser known varietal is planted extensively in southern France. Although it doesn’t usually take a leading role, there’s star power in Meli’s Carignan with just 10% Cabernet Sauvignon blended in for depth and character. Aged in both used oak barrels and stainless steel, this wine is concentrated and unique, with an distinctive balance of earth and fruit. 2,000 cases produced.
- Low yields and hand harvesting indicate the care given to the superior fruit from this single-vineyard winery located on the gravelly slopes of the Maipo Valley. These standards extend to the wine-making process, with meticulous grape selection and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, this is a complex and velvety wine with a soft structure, spicy tannins and a fruity finish.
