White gold with silver highlights . Open on the nose with a good varietal profile leading to notes of boxwood, rhubarb, melon and fruity aromas of pear and mango. Supple in the first instance, the vine shows good volume in the middle of the mouth with fruity and floral accents.

Jean-Jacques and André SAUTEREAU have succeeded their father and grandfather, and are the eleventh generation of vigneron. The have allowed the domaine to evolve. Today the domaine Sautereau comprises of 15 hectares, two thirds under SAUVIGNON in the communes of Crézancy and Bué producing SANCERRE BLANC. The other third is PINOT NOIR in the communes of Crézancy, Bué and Sancerre, and makes SANCERRE ROUGE.
