There is a wonderful brightness to the texture and palate of this wine. It is silky smooth with an incredibly long finish. A truly special wine.
Too many people try to make wine into much more than it is and it ends up coming across as an intimidating and elitist pursuit. Ross Andrew’s Goal is to go in the other direction: keep it simple and make it fun.
