Very prominent and pleasing nose of juicy plum and floral bouquet. Flavor of sweet cedar, raisins, mint and balanced spice. Cinnamon lingers on the tongue. Delicious wine. Good pairing with lamb or beef.
Château Teyssier is a Saint Emilion Grand Cru situated in the heart of the Saint Emilion Appellation. The Estate is steeped in history that dates back to the 1700’s, but by the time that Jonathan and Lyn Maltus arrived at the Estate in 1994, the vineyard consisted of five and a half hectares in the commune of Vignonet on the plain of Saint Emilion.
