Bodega Monte Hiniesta is located in Toro, a sub region of Castilla y Leon , north-western Spain, known for its powerful red Tempranillos. It is named for the town of Toro , an ancient settlement located on the Duero River just 40 miles East of the Portugues border . It means “bull” fittingly wines from the region are red and robust.
