In the heart of Etruria, in a hilly area of Tuscany, the wine is produced by the “Fattoria La Peschiera” Saturnia, a company that has twenty years of winemaking tradition and produces high quality wines. Respecting the environment and European regulations you can reach, thanks to the natural fertility of the soil and optimal exposure south of the vineyard, a perfect ripening of the grapes. The scrupulous attention to follow all the stages of production, from pruning and harvesting selected for vinification thermo controlled, allow for fine wines. Even today there are vinified grapes from its own vineyards: red grapes Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Morellino, White Trebbiano Toscano grapes, Vermentino, Chardonnay and Malvasia Bianco DOC for Pitigliano. The phases of wine, from the crushing natural aging in oak barrels, all occurring in the cellar of the farm family, under the expert guidance of winemaker Marco Stefanini.
