A blend of three Alsatian grape varieties, Pinot Blanc 56%, Riesling 31%, and Gewurztraminer 13%. The individual components were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness and vibrancy that our unique alpine climate offers. The nose offers up apple blossoms and a hint of citrus while pears and a touch of stone fruits come through on the palate. The lively acidity keeps it focused and very food friendly, right through to its just-shy-of-dry finish.
