ANU Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited production wine, with just 180 cases made in total. Consisting of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine was aged for 17 months in French oak (70% new). This wine will get even better with time in bottle.
