This beautiful light straw-yellow wine is ripe with pear and hazelnut, honeydew melon and a hint vanilla. Caldaro ‘Soll’ wine is round and smooth on the palate with light undertones of wood on the finish.
The Caldaro (Kellerei Kaltern) cooperative winery was founded in 1906. The intention has always been to work together and to offer wines of the best possible quality. Today, the Caldaro winery has 410 members, which control over 290 hectares of vineyards. This cooperative is among the best and top quality wineries in all of Italy.
