Three Brooms is a single wine vineyard from Blind River, Marlborough, New Zealand. Their wine is a classic Sauvignon Blanc in the style of the region. However the unique micro climate of Blind River allows them to harvest the fruit two weeks later than other wines . The longer hang times and cooler fall evening result in slow ripening and enhanced aromatics.
