Gandona Cabernet Sauvignon

Gandona Cabernet Sauvignon

Opens with black plum and Kirsch cherries, exhibiting superb depth and richness. Bakers chocolate, anise and spiced mandarin rind are underpinned by violets and cherry blossoms. The mint, sage and garrigue add classical hillside character. Endless layers of cocoa nibs, black raspberry and red currants, edged by freshly ground white pepper are on the palate and carried by supple and generous tannins. Finely textured, the pronounced minerality creates focus which follows all the way through the impressive finish.
