Palladino Barolo Parafada

Ruby red with purple and garnet reflections accompanied by the slight scent of black raspberries and cherries with a background of vanilla. Ethereal with good structure. Full bodied, austere and concentrated with a good balance of acidity and tannin. Pairs well with braised or roasted meats, wild game, seasoned and strong cheeses.

The Palladino winery sits in the town of Serralunga d’Alba, in the heart of the classical wine-producing region of Piemonte. Serralunga d’Alba is a distinctive little village of the Langhe region. The Palladino winery is one of the oldest in Serralunga d’Alba, dating back to 1870. Winemaker Maurilio Palladino has completely restored and remodeled the old establishment, including the installation of the most advanced cellar equipment.
